Tim McNulty
With over 15 years of corporate experience with mid- to large-cap companies, and another 5 with small- to micro-cap McNulty has significant experience in all facets of corporate marketing and finance. He is a founder, Director and officer of Central Resources Corp. (TSX-V: CBC) a junior exploration company focused on base and precious metals. Prior to Central he led the Investor Relations team at Intrawest Corporation, the NYSE listed destination resort developer and operator which closed on a $2.8 billion takeover bid from Fortress Investment Group LLC of New York in 2006. Prior to Intrawest, McNulty consulted in the high-tech and bio-tech sectors and also led the Investor Relations’ group at Canadian Airlines during the hostile takeover attempt of Air Canada. He is currently a member of CIRI and a past membership chair of the BC chapter of CIRI. He is the managing director of Caliber Capital & Communications a Vancouver based capital markets strategy and solutions consulting firm.
Douglas Robb
With several start-ups and over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Doug brings a diverse amount of experience to Caliber. He has raised in excess of $50,000,000 in his career for both private and public ventures and has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic coaching, planning and analysis and market development. Doug specializes in consulting to small and mid-cap public and private companies, with the aim of creating maximum value for new and existing shareholders alike.
